In order to be considered, your application must clearly explain how you meet the following (essential qualifications)

EDUCATION
Graduation from a two-year program of study from a recognized post-secondary institution with acceptable specialization in computer science, information technology, information management or another specialty relevant to the position to be staffed.

NOTES:

1. Indeterminate employees will be deemed to have met the new minimum qualification requirements based on education, experience, and/or training.

2. It is a recognized educational institution (e.g., community college, CÉGEP or university) that determines if the courses taken by a candidate correspond to two years of a post-secondary program at the institution. 3. Foreign educational credentials must be assessed by a recognized credential assessment service. If the candidate has been educated outside of Canada, it is the candidate's responsibility to have his or her certificates and/or diplomas assessed against Canadian educational standards. Degree equivalency

EXPERIENCE
Extensive* experience in the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including analysis, design, development and testing, implementation, documentation, and evaluation.
Significant** experience in the analysis and documentation of requirements for IM/IT projects.
Experience in leading a team including assigning and coordinating the work of technical staff.
Experience in leading an IM/IT project or having been responsible for a key deliverable throughout a project or initiative.
Experience providing strategic advice and recommendations on IM/IT issues to management (Manager-level or above).

A diploma from a 3-year program offered by a recognized educational institution with specialization in computer science or any other field related to the position.
A bachelor's degree from a recognized educational institution with specialization in computer science, computer engineering, software engineering or any other field related to the position.
Scrum Master level certification from Scrum.org or Scrum Alliance.
Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification.
Associate or Expert level Dynamics 365 certification from Microsoft.

Significant** experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM or Dynamics 365.
Significant** experience in Java application development.
Significant** experience in .NET application development.
Significant** experience providing operational support for application systems.
Significant** experience in the maintenance or configuration of servers such as performing the installation and configuration of databases or middleware, server upgrades, migrations or applying patches.
Experience in performing database administration for Oracle or SQL Server DB.
Experience using Microsoft Azure or Amazon AWS to develop, manage, or automate cloud services.
Experience working with Agile methodologies.
Experience in preparing formal project documentation such as work estimates, Project Charters, or Project Management Plans.
Experience in producing conceptual, logical, or physical system architecture designs for IT systems.
Experience in coordinating or implementing functional and non-functional tests, including unit, integration, system, performance, and usability tests.
Experience ensuring system compliance with the Government of Canada Security Assessment and Authorization (SA&A) process.
