Why work with IRCC's Information Management Team?
Information and data are critical assets that enables IRCC employees to help people in Canada and abroad.
From immigration officers working from embassies overseas to the policy and program analysts in Ottawa to the citizenship and immigration officers in offices across Canada, employees rely on quality information and data to make the right decisions to help meet our country’s needs.
At IRCC, the Information Architecture and Information Management Directorate, as part of the Transformation and Digital Solutions Sector, is leading initiatives to transform the way we work and how we deliver services. Over the next few years, these will include rethinking paper processes through digitization, adopting electronic approvals, implementing a new content services solution to manage our information assets, and reimagining how those information assets are managed to enable better use of data/content analytics and artificial intelligence solutions.
If you’re passionate about information and data and how they can be used to build a stronger Canada, there’s no better time to be part of IRCC’s Information Management Team.
