EDUCATION :
Successful completion of an acceptable post-secondary educational program or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience in any field relevant to the work to be performed.

Degree equivalency

EXPERIENCE:
EX1• Experience consulting with stakeholders to develop and implement initiatives or projects.
EX2• Recent* and significant** experience in providing advice and recommendations to business partners and management in writing and through oral briefings and presentations.
EX3• Experience in administering and supporting virtual learning technologies (leveraging online platforms, for example : MSTeams, Zoom, Webex, Google Classroom, etc.).

DEFINITION
*Recent is defined as experience acquired within approximately the past 3 years.
**Significant is defined by the variety of advice and recommandations provided on different projects or situations.

If you possess any of the following, your application must also clearly explain how you meet it (other qualifications)

ASSET QUALIFICATIONS :
AEX1 • Experience with the creation of a variety of training modalities such as video, job-aids, self-paced e-learning, micro-learning etc.
AEX2 • Experience with the administration of learning management systems (Moodle, D2L, Saba, other).
