WHAT WOULD YOU DO?
Here are the main key activities of each positions advertised:
CR-03:
** Prepares, processes, distributes and archives files, mail, kits and/or documentation within established timeframes. Verifies documentation for accuracy and completeness.
** Updates and maintains information in mail correspondence management systems and databases.
** Based on pre-determined checklists, processes payments in accordance with the policies and directives, logging information in systems, screening documentation, rejecting applications when not complete.
CR-04:
** Examines documentation and claims for authenticity, validity and completeness of information/documents submitted and refers them for decision.
** Creates electronic or physical record folders and assemble, archive and maintain them.
** Search, cross reference, compile, update, validate and process data from various automated systems and databases and addresses discrepancies or anomalies.
** Writes basic case notes and prepares case files, reference material, statistics and various reports for management information and prepare forms and letters.
Production based office environment (high volume intake and output as well as established production targets).
Create a pool of qualified candidates that will be used to staff positions of any language and security requirements within the IRCC Case Processing Center Mississauga (CPCM).

Education :
Secondary school diploma or the employer approved alternative*.
* Employer approved alternative are defined as follow: an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
Experience :
Significant* experience providing administrative support such as, but not limited to, data entry, filing, reviewing documents and/or applications in a work environment using the MS Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
*Significant is defined as the depth and breadth of experience normally acquired by an individual having performed administrative support for a consecutive period of a minimum of three (3) months on a full time basis.
Work experience at Immigration Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).
Work experience in the Canadian Public Service.
