VERY IMPORTANT NOTE/ HOW TO APPLY
Please read carefully the following instructions before applying. Candidates who do not follow these instructions may be subject to rejection of their application.
When submitting an application to this selection process, you will be prompted to answer screening questions. You will have to provide concrete examples to clearly illustrate with significant detail how you meet the education and experience requirements listed in the essential qualifications AND asset qualifications sections. It is your responsibility to provide clear and concrete examples in your responses to each question, including when (from-to), where (occupational title, organization) and how you obtained these qualifications. Content of your response must be supported by your cv/resume as your responses to these questions will be used as a primary source of information and your cv/resume may only be used to validate this information.
It is your responsibility to provide appropriate examples that illustrate how you meet each qualification. Failing to do so could result in your application being rejected. Please note that it is not sufficient to only state that the qualification is met or to provide a listing of current and past responsibilities. Candidates will not be solicited for incomplete or possible missing information.
NOTE: Any or all of the criteria under the Asset Qualifications may be used for screening purposes. The breadth and depth of experience may be considered during the screening, assessment and/or selection of candidates. As such, candidates should provide enough detail within their application to fully demonstrate this information.
NOTE: Your responses to the screening questions and your resume may be used to evaluate effective written communication.
Please ensure that your email address is on your application for correspondence. Communication for this process will be sent via email. It is the responsibility of the candidate to ensure accurate contact information is provided and updated as required. Candidates who apply to this selection process should include an email address that accepts email from unknown users (some email systems block these types of email.)
A pool of qualified or partially qualified candidates may be established from this process and may be used to staff identical or similar positions where tenure (term, indeterminate, acting, deployment, assignment and secondment) and security requirements may vary according to the position to be staffed.
