This is an anticipatory process. The intent of this selection process is to create a pool of qualified candidates to be used to staff these or similar positions within Fisheries and Oceans Canada. A pool of qualified candidates will be established and may be used to staff these positions and/or similar positions on an indeterminate, specified period, acting, secondment, or deployment basis.

Education
• Successful completion of secondary education.
Experience
• Experience in using Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience in providing financial and administrative services and support
Education
• Post-Secondary diploma in Office Administration, Business Administration or a similar program.
Experience
• Experience in the use of data collection, database management (such as Access) and/or licensing systems.
• Experience in the use of POS systems and general banking procedures including manual preparation of bank deposits.
• Experience in the planning, coordinating and arrangement of meetings and teleconferences
• Experience in providing service to the public, by telephone, in person or in writing
• Experience in the preparation of documents, including memorandums, letters and spreadsheets.
