Education:
- A secondary school diploma or employer-approved alternatives

- An acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
Experience:
- Recent* and significant** experience delivering customer services; and responding to inquiries relating to products or service offerings
- Experience in effectively resolving client services related issues and ensuring client satisfaction
- Experience in applying standard operating procedures and policies
- Recent* and significant** experience in data entry
- Experience working with computers, software systems and peripherals used in office environments
* “Recent” is defined as experience normally acquired within the last 5 years.
** “Significant” is defined as the depth and breadth of experience normally associated with the performance of the duties for a period of approximately 1 year.

Test of Written Expression and Reading Comprehension are available in Unsupervised internet (UIT) test format by invitation only. The tests allow candidates to be assessed from home, and are available as a temporary measure in response to the COVID-19 situation. The result of each test is valid for 1 year and applies only to staff the position for which the test was taken. Therefore, it is not transferable from one position to another.
NOTE; Candidates who have successfully passed the unsupervised language testing will be required to undergo Oral testing prior to an appointment.
