POSITIONS ACROSS CANADA: This inventory will be used to staff positions across Canada. In order to maximize your chances to be referred for an employment opportunity as part of this inventory, we encourage you to select all of the work locations where you would like to be referred in your job application.
Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) offers a variety of employment opportunities for several types of CR-04 positions. ◦ Secondary high school diploma
1. Experience in providing general administrative support services such as, calendar management, meeting planning, coordination and review of documentation, data or report extraction, preparing meetings minutes, etc.
2. Experience in using various computer software applications such as word processors, spreadsheet and electronic mail.
3. Experience in providing support services in various financial areas such as, budget, financing, auditing, account receivable or payable, account reconciliation, expense reports & salary forecasts, etc.
4. Experience providing administrative support services in Human Resource in areas such as planning, training, organizational design, recruitment, occupational health and safety, labor relations, etc.
5. Experience in providing administrative support in the compensation area, such as activities related to pay rates, payrolls, collective agreements, leave provisions, benefits, pension, etc.
NOTE : Depending on the position to be staffed, any of the qualifications below may be considered as an asset qualification. This doesn’t mean that you must possess all these qualifications, but they may be a deciding factor in choosing the person to be appointed, therefore we strongly encourage you to indicate as many qualifications that you possess.

1. How will you communicate with me?
We will contact you by email or through your GC Jobs account. Please ensure that your email is valid and accepts messages from unknown users. It is your responsibility to regularly check your email inbox, junk mail and your GC Jobs account to find out about all the information regarding this inventory.
2. How does an inventory work?
An inventory is a selection process that can be used by various hiring managers to meet their current and future needs. As a result, you will apply only once to be considered for multiple job opportunities at the CR-04 level or equivalent.
3. When I submitted my application, why did I receive a “Screened out” message?
In this case, you probably answered "no" to the screening question asking you to confirm that you possess the minimum educational requirement. It is possible that you answered "no" to this question BY MISTAKE. If this is the case, simply retrieve your application and change your answer.
4. What does "Registered in the Inventory" mean?
When your application has been successfully submitted, the system automatically generates a status confirming your inclusion in the inventory. This means that you are now part of the list of candidates who could be randomly selected, depending on the needs of the positions to be filled. If your application is selected, you will be notified.
5. What happens if my application expires?
You must reconfirm your interest in remaining in the inventory every 90 days. Twelve days prior to expiry, a notice will be posted to the "My Jobs" menu in your GC Jobs account. If you disregard this notice, your application will be automatically deactivated from the inventory and you will no longer be considered. If this situation occurs, you have the option to reactivate your application by selecting the "Renew my application" link. This option is only valid for the duration of the inventory, i.e. before the closing date indicated in the advertisement.
6. My personal information has changed, what should I do?
Simply update them in the "Personal Information" section, in the "My Job File" menu of your GC Jobs account. This will allow us to have your current contact information and ensure adequate follow-up in the event that your application is considered as part of a process issued from this inventory.
7. I have a disability that does not allow me to apply online, who do I contact to help me with the submission of my job application ?
