EDUCATION
ED1: Completion of post-secondary education program specializing in relevant* engineering technology or applied science OR an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
*Relevant technical fields include; Architectural, Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Structural.
EXPERIENCE
EX1: Recent experience in the design, implementation or management of a project that demonstrates your expertise in one of the following construction/engineering disciplines: Architectural, Civil, Electrical, Mechanical or Structural, and general understanding of at least two of the others.
EX2: *Recent experience in assessing designs and providing technical advice in an engineering specialty relevant to the position.
*Recent experience is defined as experience gained within the last five years.
Qualifications may be required relevant to the position being staffed. You may be contacted and asked to submit information or to be further assessed.

EXPERIENCE
AEX1: Experience in SAP PS (Project Systems) Module and the Defence Resource Management Information System (DRMIS)
AEX2: Experience working with the Department of National Defence.
AEX3: Experience providing technical advice to a multi-disciplined design, project teams
OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
OR1: Willing and able to adjust work schedule to meet operational requirements as required.

Reliability Status security clearance - Various security levels - (we will help you attain this during the hiring process).
COE1: Employees are required to comply with applicable safety regulations and procedures including wearing of appropriate personal protective equipment.
COE2: May be required to hold a valid, unrestricted provincial or territorial driver’s licence holding a qualification (class) equivalent to the DND vehicle to be driven/operated.
COE3: May be required to provide a current and acceptable drivers abstract and obtain and maintain a Departmental driver’s license (DND 404).
COE4: May be required to travel to remote locations (e.g. DND satellite sites) to perform duties.
