Intent of the process

A pool of qualified candidates may be established to staff identical or similar positions with various tenures, various security requirements and locations within Statistics Canada according to operational needs.

EDUCATION:
Secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.

Degree equivalency

EXPERIENCE:
Customer service experience.
Experience using Word, Excel and an electronic messaging software such as Outlook for example.

ABILITY:
Ability to conduct searches on the Statistics Canada website and relay the information found.
