What you will do

You will be working in a dynamic environment where you will have to answer incoming calls and emails from survey respondents and the statistical data users community in both official language.

EDUCATION:
Secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
EXPERIENCE:
Customer service experience.
Experience using Word, Excel and an electronic messaging software such as Outlook for example.
ABILITY:
Ability to conduct searches on the Statistics Canada website and relay the information found.
Bilingual - Imperative (CBC/CBC)

Willing and able to work overtime, as required and on short notice.

Be available and willing to work any shift between 7:30 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. (Eastern time) from Monday to Friday.
