The Administrative Tribunals Support Service of Canada (ATSSC) is a group of committed public servants providing support services to 12 administrative tribunals.
We are the lawyers, mediators, registry officers and other specialized and technical staff that support the effective operations of the tribunals, which are important components of Canada’s justice system
A fully or partially assessed pool may be created and may be used to staff similar positions with various linguistic requirements, tenures and security clearances within the Administrative Tribunals Support Service of Canada (ATSSC).

EDUCATION
Successful completion of an acceptable post-secondary educational program with specialization in business administration, legal assistant, legal or paralegal techniques, law, industrial relations, administration, social science, or any another field related to the position or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
EXPERIENCE
Experience in data entry and data validation in an electronic system.
Experience in drafting and preparing (preparing includes typing, formatting and proofreading) various types of written documents.
Experience in providing service to clients.
Various language requirements

Experience in a quasi-judicial or legal environment (such as Tribunal, Court, Commission, Board, Law firm)

ORGANIZATIONAL NEEDS

CONDITION(S) OF EMPLOYMENT
