Intent of the process

A pool of qualified or partially qualified candidates may be established as part of this process for staffing within ECCC in the National Capital region of identical or similar AS-03 positions of various durations (acting appointment, assignment, transfer, indeterminate or defined position, or secondment), with various language proficiency requirements, various security requirements, various conditions of employment.

In order to be considered, your application must clearly explain how you meet the following (essential qualifications)

EDUCATION:
ED1 – Secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.

Degree equivalency

EXPERIENCE:
E1 – Experience planning, organizing and coordinating the delivery of administrative services for senior management (director-level or above), which includes managing a calendar, planning and scheduling meetings and ensuring follow-ups.
E2 – Experience in document quality control and management.
E3 – Experience coordinating and obtaining information from various sources and integrating it into executive briefing material and other similar documents.
E4 – Experience managing, planning and coordinating briefing material, such as correspondence, project status, briefing notes, etc.
E5 – Experience using a correspondence tracking system.
