The intent of this process is to create a pool of qualified candidates to be used to staff similar/identical positions with various requirements within Transport Canada.
There is an immediate need for a term vacancy of two years, with the possibility of extension.

Education
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in translation (from English into French) from a recognized postsecondary institution.
Experience
EXP-1: Recent* experience translating documents from English into French.
EXP-2: Recent* experience comparing texts translated from English into French.
*Recent experience means within the last two (2) years.
Bilingual - Imperative (PBB/PPB)

K-1: Knowledge of terminological resources and tools used by editors and translators.
