Anticipatory staffing process for one indeterminate position and one term position for a 2 year period.
A pool of qualified candidates may be established as part of this process for anticipatory staffing within ECCC in the Quebec City region of identical or similar AS-01 positions of various durations (acting appointment, assignment, transfer, indeterminate or defined position, or secondment), with various language proficiency requirements , various security requirements, various conditions of employment.

Education:
• Secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
Experience:
• Experience in providing executive support services to a manager, including calendar and email management.
• Experience in providing budget and finance support services.
• Significant* experience in using Office suite software (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook).
• Appreciable experience** of administrative support to a team such as organization of meetings, filing of files, travel preparations, purchase and management of equipment, follow-up of training.
* Significant experience is defined as a minimum of two (2) years.
** Appreciable experience is defined as a minimum of one (1) year.
