Graduation with a degree from a recognized post-secondary institution with a specialization in commerce, economics, business administration, finance accounting, or other speciality relevant to the position.
Experience in conducting research and analyzing information

Experience working with clients and/or stakeholders (e.g. federal, provincial, or municipal government officials, private sector organizations or not-for profit organizations)

1. How will I be assessed?
You must meet all essential qualifications in order to be appointed to a position.
You may be assessed using a variety of assessment tools, such
as, but not limited to: standardized tests, written exams, interviews, simulation exercises, reference checks (the Assessment Committee reserves the right to contact references other than those provided by the candidates, within the Public Service
only), if found necessary, in order to adequately assess the candidates), recent and past performance evaluations, selfassessments, candidate achievement record, etc.
Your overall conduct and communications, including email
correspondence, throughout the entire process may be used in the assessment of
qualifications and competencies.
2. Do I need to provide proof of my education credentials?
Yes. Candidates will be asked to provide proof at a later time during the assessment process. If you were educated outside of Canada, you must have your certificates and/or diplomas assessed against Canadian education standards. 3. Will my assessment be in English or French?
Persons are entitled to participate in the selection process in the official language of their choice (English or French). Applicants are asked to indicate their preferred official language in their application.
4. If I am applying for a Bilingual Imperative BBB/BBB, how will my language proficiency be evaluated? To be considered for a Bilingual Imperative BBB/BBB position, you must be willing to undergo Second Language Evaluation testing OR you must already have a valid Second Language Evaluation results at the BBB/BBB level (proof will be required).

No. Acknowledgement of receipt of applications will not be sent; we will contact candidates when the screening process is complete.
6. How will I be informed of my results in the process?
For this selection process, our intention is to communicate with he candidates by email. Candidates who apply to this selection process must include in their application a valid email address and make sure that this address is functional at all times and accepts messages from unknown users (some email systems block these types of email).
