*Please note that the Regional Corporate Services Assistant job duties are normally carried out in the Moncton regional office, however due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, successful candidate(s) may be required to work from home temporarily until further notice.
The Parole Board of Canada (PBC) contributes to public safety with its core responsibility for the controlled, timed and gradual release of offenders back into society. EDUCATION:
ED1. Successful completion of two years of secondary school or employer-approved alternatives.
The employer-approved alternatives to two years of secondary school are:
- satisfactory score on the Public Service Commission test approved as an alternative to two years of secondary school; or
- an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
EXPERIENCE:
E1. Experience in providing administrative support in an office environment ;
E2. Experience in using Microsoft Word and Excel;
E3. Experience in working in a client service environment.

A-ED1. Successful completion of a post-secondary diploma or degree from a recognized post-secondary institution in a field relevant to the position (i.e. Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Commerce, etc.)
EXPERIENCE:
A-E1. Experience in the utilization of a financial system (i.e. GX, Salary Management System (SMS), FreeBalance, etc.);
A-E2. Experience in providing administrative support in Finance or Procurement.
OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Willingness and ability to work overtime on occasion;
- Valid Driver’s License.
