EDUCATION
Possession of a Provincial Trade Certification in a building trade OR an acceptable combination of training and experience.

Degree equivalency

EXPERIENCE
Experience in managing the maintenance activities of a large complex
(i.e. correctional institution, hospital, airport, shopping mall, university);

Experience in managing* personnel

*Managing is defined as including human resources responsibilities, such as attendance, performance, overtime, and workload allocation.

If you possess any of the following, your application must also clearly explain how you meet it (other qualifications)

EDUCATION
Eligibility to obtain a license as a Professional Engineer in a province or territory of Canada.

Degree equivalency

EXPERIENCE
Experience in managing contracts;

Experience working with a Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS);

Experience working in a provincial or federal correctional institution.
