TASKS
The world of work is constantly changing and organizations must be increasingly flexible and adaptable. In this context, the Canadian Space Agency (CSA) will set up a change management consulting service to support all of the CSA's change agents. More specifically, we wish to support teams leading change initiatives, by addressing considerations related to the various human aspects, and then proposing a change management process.
Thus, the candidate on an internship within CSA will collaborate in tasks related to the analysis and development of the change management strategy but also in the implementation of this strategy. The change management strategy will focus primarily on a major organizational transformation (the future of work) but may also include other initiatives.
During this internship, the candidate will have to participate in meetings of the (virtual) Future of Work working group in order to accompany the team in its change management strategy and in the implementation of the change.
Here is a summary of the tasks to be carried out during the internship:
1. Collect, analyze and synthesize information on best practices and lessons learned that would effectively contribute to the change management of the Future of Work initiative;
2. Conduct a change readiness assessment in order to plan and implement a change management strategy;
3. Develop a change strategy, monitor activities and measure performance;
4. Develop mechanisms to share change objectives, stages of change to ensure that team cohesion and performance are not affected by this initiative.
LOCATION: Due to the Covid-19 pandemic and until further notice, our teams currently work virtually from home using the latest technologies to stay connected.
