2 - Title of the position occupied and the period(s) in which you performed the functions (M-Y to M-Y); and
3 - Specific details of tasks or projects demonstrating how the experience was acquired and concrete examples.
FAILURE TO CLEARLY DEMONSTRATE IN THE SCREENING QUESTIONS HOW YOU MEET THE ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS (Education and Experience) WILL RESULT IN THE REJECTION OF YOUR APPLICATION.

ASSET QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION
AED1. A diploma from a recognized college or a degree from a recognized post-secondary institution with specialization in business administration or another specialty relevant to the position.
EXPERIENCE
AE1. Experience using an integrated financial management system (e.g. SAP) for finance, materiel management or procurement of goods and services.
AE2. Experience working in procurement or material management.
AE3. Experience in resolving contracting issues with clients and suppliers.
AE4. Experience in preparing policies, procedures, instructions, guidelines or information bulletins on procurement or materiel management activities.
AE5. Experience in extracting, evaluating and organizing data for reporting or analysis on procurement or materiel management activities.

OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Telework may be required.
Must be available to work between 7:30 am and 5:00 pm.
