Assessments may be conducted in order to evaluate certain competencies. The assessments will be conducted in Bagotville when a pool is created from this inventory. Candidates will be required to pay for their own travel expenses when invited for assessment.

The intent of this process is to establish a pool of qualified candidates that may be selected at any time to staff determinate and indeterminate positions. This process may also serve to staff similar positions.

In order to be considered, your application must clearly explain how you meet the following (essential qualifications)

EDUCATION :
Successful completion of a post-secondary program from a recognized university or college in a specialty related to the position or an acceptable combination of education, training and / or experience*.

*Note: An acceptable arrangement is defined by a recent and significant experience (2yrs within the last 5yrs).

Degree equivalency

EXPERIENCE :
- Experience in the field of contracting, procurement (purchasing) of goods and services.
- Experience in assessment of customer needs.
- Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) acquired over the past two (2) years.
- Experience in the verification and drafting of procurement documentation.
- Experience regarding the selection or development of contractual terms.

Conditions of employment

Reliability Status security clearance

- You must be available to carry out work outside of regular business hours.
- Travel may be required as part of duties.
- You must have a valid Quebec Class 5 driver's licence or equivalent.

Candidates must meet the above mentioned employment conditions and maintain them throughout the course of their employment.
