Intent of the process

This inventory is evergreen and will be used to staff immediate and future PM-04/PM-05 vacant positions within the department with various linguistic profiles, conditions of employment, work locations, security requirements and/or various tenures (permanent or temporary) as per the position being staffed.

If your application is not selected for one job, it remains in the inventory and can be selected again for the entire duration that the inventory remains open.

A list of qualified candidates, including partially qualified candidates (future criteria has yet to be assessed) could be used for consideration for similar opportunities.

Should public servants be found qualified, the list could also be used to staff positions on a temporary basis (acting appointments) or at level opportunities (secondment/assignment/deployment).

Beyond Spring 2021, when job opportunities arise, subsequent extractions from this inventory will be based on operational needs. Notice to seek candidates’ interest will be sent via the Public Service Resourcing System (PSRS), specifying the employment opportunity.

Experience in providing advice and recommendations on multi-disciplinary projects or in a priority setting, outcomes and results, issues management and risk mitigation.
