Education:
Successful completion of two years of secondary school or an acceptable combination of education, training or experience.
EXPERIENCE:
1. Intermediate experience reviewing files in PRIME.
2. Experience in reviewing and assessing reports for clarity and accuracy.
3. Experience performing court liaison related functions.
4. Experience in disclosure and responding to requests for information.
5. Experience in using a variety of computer software applications including Microsoft Word and Excel.
* “Intermediate experience” means the depth and breadth of experience normally associated with performing complex activities related to the task in a limited number of different situations on a regular basis.

ASSET QUALIFICATIONS:
1. *Recent and significant experience in reading and assessing occurrence files in PRIME for content, quality and compliance and determining circumstances and appropriate processing methods.
2. *Recent and significant experience in ensuring complete and accurate reports such as thorough and compliant reports to Crown Counsel; or knowledge of legal and procedural requirements for submissions to Crown Counsel.
3. *Recent and significant experience in using data bases such as PRIME, JUSTIN and CPIC.
4. *Recent and significant experience in procedures for Uniform Crime Reporting (UCR) applicable to reporting to Statistics Canada.
*Recent and Significant experience means depth and scope of experience associated with knowledge that would be gained by performing the duties on a continuous basis over approximately six (6) months, within approximately the past 12 months.
ORGANIZATIONAL NEEDS:

OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENT:
Must be able to work overtime when operationally required.
Reliability Status security clearance
Must be able to work a 9.53 hour shift in a Monday-Thursday or Tuesday to Friday schedule.
