EDUCATION
Graduation with a degree from a recognized post-secondary program with acceptable specialization in social science, statistics, library/archival work or a law-related field.
EXPERIENCE:
E1: *Recent and **extensive experience in conducting military intelligence activities or in developing defence intelligence policy, or in a combination of the two.
E2: ***Significant experience in drafting written documents for ****senior management, such as reports, briefing notes, or intelligence assessments.
E3: ***Significant experience in providing strategic advice to ****senior management.
E4: Experience conducting intelligence in a named operation.
E5: ***Significant experience in working with multiple internal and external stakeholders representing diverse interests.
*Recent is defined as being within the past two (2) years.
**Extensive experience is defined as the depth and breadth of experience normally associated with full-time performance of duties for a period of at least ten (10) years.
***Significant experience is defined as the depth and breadth of experience that would normally be associated with at least three (3) years.
****Senior management is defined as a Director General and above (or equivalent), or a position occupied by a Brigadier General/Commodore.
