The position is located at the Joseph Shepard Federal Building at 4900 Yonge Street in Toronto, Ontario. Currently most of our staff are working remotely in response to the public health guidelines surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic. At a later time when safe to do so staff are expected to report to their designated work location to perform their duties. On-going full-time telework is not guaranteed. Telework arrangements may be made in consultation with management and in accordance with internal telework policy and guidelines.

The intent of this process is to establish a pool of qualified candidates. The results of this process may be used to staff identical or similar positions of various tenures and various locations at Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) Ontario Region.

Education:
Completion of secondary school education.
Experience:
Recent* experience in providing administrative services in support of management (manager and above) in AT LEAST TWO activities listed below:
- organizing business meetings
- making travel arrangements AND managing travel claims
- managing expenses OR budgets
- managing schedules
- managing mailbox
*Recent is defined as a minimum of one (1) year of cumulative experience acquired within the last three (3) years for each experience. The closing date of the poster will be used to determine the three-year period.
Experience extracting AND consolidating data to create reports electronically.
Education:
Completion of post-secondary education.
Experience:
Experience in using SIGMA/SAP financial management system.
Experience organizing events.
Experience working with confidential materials (e.g. data, reports, meeting minutes, correspondences, etc).
