Intent of the process

A pool of candidates will be established and used to staff positions within the RCMP in Miramichi, NB on an indeterminate or specified period (including term, acting, or assignment) basis, with various linguistic profiles and various RCMP security clearances.

Should a Civilian Member (CM) be found qualified and selected for appointment, the appointment will not result in a change of status to the Public Service (PS) category for the CM.

In order to be considered, your application must clearly explain how you meet the following (essential qualifications)

Successful completion of two years of secondary school or employer-approved alternatives

Degree equivalency

Mailroom-Records Clerk and Program Delivery Agent:
Experience in performing general office support activities such as typing, filing, use of photocopier or fax
Experience working with a computer and a variety of software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Word Perfect, etc.

If you possess any of the following, your application must also clearly explain how you meet it (other qualifications)

Mailroom-Records Clerk:
Experience in working in a mailroom with high volume of mail
Experience working in a Shipping and Receiving Department
Experience working with digital capture / scanning equipment
Experience working in a records management department

Program Delivery Agent:
Experience in working at a Data Processing Centre

Mailroom-Records Clerk and Program Delivery Agent:
Willingness to work overtime as required
