Screening questions have been built into the application process. Answers provided to the screening questions will be used to assess both education and experience. You must answer the screening questions in addition to providing a resume. For experience qualifications, your answers must include concrete examples that demonstrate how the experience was obtained. The onus is on the candidate to provide sufficient information in their answers. Additional information will not be solicited from the candidate. The resume will be used to validate the information provided through the screening questions.

Administration and coordination of activities related to the allocation, maintenance and day to day management of DND residential properties under the portfolio of a Housing Services Centre, including the delivery of front line customer service.

• A secondary school diploma.
EXPERIENCE:
• Experience in providing customer services to clients, including obtaining and providing information, explanation or clarification.
• Experience in dealing with difficult situations.
• Experience in working in a high-volume client service environment with a diversified clientele.
• Experience using spreadsheets, word processing and email software in a work or school setting.
ASSET - EDUCATION:
• Preference may be given to candidates that have completed post-secondary programs in accounting, bookkeeping, office, clerical, or other relevant disciplines.
OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENT:
• There is a requirement to limit vacation between the months of May and September.

On October 6, 2021, the Government of Canada announced details of its plans to require vaccination across the federal public service. As per the new Policy on COVID-19 Vaccination for the Core Public Administration Including the Royal Canadian Mounted Police federal public servants in the Core Public Administration and members of the RCMP must attest to their vaccination status. The requirement for employees to be fully vaccinated applies whether they are teleworking, working remotely or working on-site. This is a condition of employment and it applies to indeterminate (permanent), determinate (term), casual, and student hiring.
