**Since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, most SSC staff have been working entirely remotely. As the situation evolves, when a return to the physical site is possible, employees and managers will discuss the possibility of continuing to work remotely under certain conditions.
The intent of this process is to staff two (2) full-time permanent positions within Shared Services Canada, and four temporary positions until March 2022. A pool of qualified candidates may be established and may be used to staff similar positions on a permanent, temporary or casual basis within our department.

EDUCATION
ED1: Graduation with a degree from a recognized post-secondary institution with acceptable specialization in human resources management, labour or industrial relations, psychology, public or business administration, organizational development, education sciences, social sciences, sociology, or in any other field relevant to the work to be performed
EXPERIENCE
EX1: Experience providing operational services related to learning and development initiatives and activities
EX2: Experience providing advice and guidance to senior management* on learning and development initiatives and activities
EX3: Experience writing documents such as briefing notes, reports or presentations for senior management*.
EX4: Experience conducting learning needs analysis
*Senior management is defined as Director-level and above.
KNOWLEDGE
K1: Knowledge of the design and development of learning material for adults
K2: Knowledge of the principles guiding learning needs analysis
ABILITIES
A1: Ability to communicate effectively in writing
A2: Ability to communicate effectively orally
ASSET EXPERIENCE
AE1: Experience in one or more other HR disciplines
AE2: Experience managing projects
