Intent of the process

Should a Civilian Member (CM) be found qualified and selected for appointment, the appointment will not result in a change of status to the Public Service (PS) category for the CM. Information regarding the CM appointment will be sent to all applicable candidates who are within the area of selection and participated in the advertised process.

A secondary school diploma or employer- approved alternatives.

Degree equivalency

Experience with managing projects to acquire, build, lease, or renovate real property

Experience with developing and overseeing relationships with clients

Experience in managing contracts and administering the delivery of services

Experience with managing asset(s) to achieve portfolio strategies

If you possess any of the following, your application must also clearly explain how you meet it (other qualifications)

Successful completion of a degree, diploma, or certificate, or a combination of experience and education in facilities or real property management, project management or building design and construction such as: Certified Property Manager (CPM), Certified Administrator, BOMI Real Property Administrator (RPA), BOMI Facilities Management Administrator (FMA), IFMA Certified Facilities Manager (CFM), Certified Engineering Technician, Applied Science Technologist, Red Seal Journeyman

Degree equivalency

Experience in reviewing constructions drawings and technical specifications

Experience in managing financial resources

The successful applicant will have to obtain, as a minimum, an RCMP Enhanced Reliability Status security clearance. The process also requires a Security/Reliability Interview, a field investigation in matters of credit/finances, education, employment, references, etc.

Must be willing and able to relocate and/or work in Regina, Saskatchewan.

Indeterminate employees at the same group and level or equivalent may be considered for deployment. If no deployment is made, applicants from other groups and levels will be considered in the advertised appointment process.
