• A secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
Experience

1. Experience providing client services
2. Experience using the Microsoft Office suite or equivalent
Stream 1 only
3. Experience in performing administrative services in at least two (2) of the following:
o Coordinating meetings
o Coordinating teleconferences and/or videoconferences
o Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence
o Data entry
o Drafting, editing and verifying correspondence or reports.
o Proofreading
o Taking minutes
o Producing various reports for management
o Other related task

3. Experience in performing administrative services in at least four (4) of the following:
o Coordinating meetings

How does this process work? Please read below to find out!
STEP 1: Application
You'll need to answer the Screening Questions and the Text Question. You will need to demonstrate how you meet every criteria in the Essential Qualifications listed above in your online application. Do not forget to provide concrete examples of your work experience.
STEP 2: Second Language Evaluations - Reading and Writing
If you do not have valid Second Language Evaluation results in Reading and Writing, you will be invited to complete the online assessment administered by the Public Service Commission.
STEP 3: Online Written Exam
STEP 4: Interview
You will be invited to an interview conducted through videoconference.
THE END: If successful at all stages, you will be placed on the list of partially-qualified candidates and referred to hiring managers who may choose to do a reference check.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
All information obtained throughout the selection process, from the time of application to the conclusion of the process, may be used for evaluation purposes.
A random and/or top down selection of candidates may be used in the determination of those to be given further consideration in the assessment process.
