EDUCATION:
Successful completion of a post-secondary degree or diploma in one of the following areas: program management, public administration, social sciences, Indigenous studies, business administration, accounting, disaster and emergency management, or other specialization related to the position.
OR an acceptable combination of education, training and experience defined as successful completion of 3 or more years of experience in a relevant field supplemented by relevant training or successful course work.
EXPERIENCE:
Experience in providing advice and recommendations on program issues.
Experience in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders or partners.
Experience in analysing material in support of policies and programs.
