The Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) is looking for a tech-savvy leader to direct and oversee the software solution development for the Vaccine IT Infrastructure!
Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, this person will be accountable for contributing to the technical vision, design and practice of the business capabilities supported by the COVID-19 Immunization technology platform, including business requirements, procurement support, product management, architectural design and APIs definition. You will also lead federal/provincial/territorial IT relations and support the overall business planning of the CTO’s organization.
The ideal candidate has progressive experience in leadership and management roles within information technology environments. As a credible leader in software solutions, you have experience providing overall leadership and technical guidance that enables creative execution of IT solutions and integrations. You have the ability to make strategic and technical decisions while influencing and collaborating with stakeholders across multiple organizations to drive product innovation. Ideally, you have knowledge in public health and bring experience in the health echo-system.
