A complete application must be submitted, consisting of a résumé and responses to the screening questions which clearly demonstrates how they meet the education and experience factors listed under the essential qualifications, as well as any of the asset qualifications that may apply.
The following information is required for each experience criterion:

2. Title of the position occupied and duration (including dates) for which you exercised the functions;
3. Specific details of tasks, projects, or accomplishments demonstrating how the experience was acquired.
Applications that do not clearly demonstrate how the screening criteria are meet WILL be eliminated from consideration.
The Information Solutions Branch is a national organization of approximately 300 employees. These employees work in Information Management, Information Technology and Access to Information and Privacy.
• Administrative Coordinator in the Chief Information Officer’s office has a variety of responsibilities, for example: tasking, tracking and reviewing branch requests/responses and providing support to several governance committees.
• Executive Administrator to the Deputy Chief Information Officer. Responsible for providing a variety of administrative and executive support including such duties as meetings, correspondence, liaising with clients, and finance, human resources, and procurement.
• Project Control Officer responsible for providing administrative support and first level analysis on project management documentation.
The immediate need is to staff three positions with a Bilingual Imperative CBC/CBC, Bilingual Imperative BBB/BBB, and English or French essential on an indeterminate basis.
A pool of partially or fully qualified candidates may be established to staff similar positions within the Department of Justice with various tenures, linguistic requirements, operational requirements and/or conditions of employment.

EDUCATION:
(ED1) Secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
EXPERIENCES:
(EX1) Experience in providing administrative support services which may include but is not limited to: planning meetings, organizing the agenda of a senior manager (Director or equivalent and above), screening and redirecting correspondence, electronic mail and/or telephone inquiries.
(EX2) Experience in maintaining an electronic and/or paper filing system.
(EX3) Experience in using a personal computer and using software applications such as MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook.
EXPERIENCES (ASSETS):
(AEX1) Experience in the support in at least one of the following:
- Financial management reporting
- Procurement
- Human Resources (Staffing)
(AEX2) Experience in developing or documenting procedures or policies.
(AEX3) Experience in performing project management activities, such as maintaining a reporting system and inputting data.
(AEX4) Experience in preparing briefing material for management such as briefing notes, status reports, etc.
(AEX5) Experience in coordinating travel arrangements using an Online Travel Tool.
(AEX6) Experience in drafting, editing and verifying correspondence or reports.
(AEX7) Experience in coordinating human resources and financial processes/transactions.
(AEX8) Experience in using SAP.
