EDUCATION
Post-secondary education related to heritage stone masonry or a combination of education, training and/or experience
EXPERIENCES
Significant* experience in the repair and restoration of heritage and non-heritage stone buildings and structures;
Experience in supervising a minimum of 8 employees.
Experience evaluating the condition of heritage buildings or structures;
*Significant experience is defined as a minimum of 8 years.
KNOWLEDGE
Knowledge of heritage masonry project cost estimating methods.
Knowledge of contracts and tendering processes.
Knowledge of heritage masonry principals.
