Duties

Forms Management Analysts support the delivery of forms products and services to departmental employees by helping clients integrate information management practices into their business processes.

As a Forms Management Analyst, your main responsibilities will include the following:

-Meeting regularly with client groups to discuss their needs
-Analyze documents and needs and recommend solutions
-Design solutions based on approved guidelines while taking into account the client's needs
-Educate client groups on related departmental policies
-Provide coaching and training to client groups
-Make presentations to client groups

Intent of the process

This process may be used to establish a pool of candidates that may be used to staff similar positions at an identical or equivalent group and level with various official language proficiencies, various security profiles, various tenures (Indeterminate, Temporary) using various staffing mechanisms at Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada. If a pool is established following this staffing process, all federal organizations listed in Schedules I, IV and V of the Financial Administration Act (FAA) will be able to use it in order to staff similar positions across Canada.

EDUCATION
Successful completion of a degree or diploma from a recognized post-secondary institution with a specialization in a field relevant to the work to be performed.

EX3. Experience in advising, assisting and supporting clients on forms-related issues.

STEP 3 of the assessment process – LANGUAGE ASSESSMENT

Depending on the position being staff, we might have positions with various language requirements, such as: English OR French Essential, Bilingual Imperative BBB/BBB or Bilingual Imperative CBC/CBC).

AEX3. Experience in writing and maintaining programming code to enable the functionality for electronic forms
AEX4. Experience in testing at various testing levels such as unit testing, system testing, integration testing etc.
AEX5. Experience working on forms management projects in at least two (2) of the following areas:
- Digital approvals
- Digitization
- Business process analysis
- Privacy
- Workflows

Conditions of employment

Secret security clearance - STEP 4 of the assessment process - SECURITY CLEARANCE

The hiring department is responsible for the Personnel Security Clearance process.

Typically to be eligible for a "Reliability" clearance, you must provide residence information for the last five (5) years and to be eligible for a "Secret" clearance, you
must provide residence information for the last ten (10) years.

The process may involves reference inquiries, verification of qualifications, criminal records checks, credit checks (if required), and fingerprints.
