*A pool of candidates may also be established and may be used to staff identical or similar positions for temporary and/or permanent appointments at ACOA’s head office in Moncton (New Brunswick) or in one of ACOA’s regional offices in Fredericton (New Brunswick), Halifax, (Nova Scotia), Charlottetown (Prince Edward Island) or St. John’s (Newfoundland and Labrador). Potential employees may work virtually from one of the cities listed depending on the position to be staffed.

EDUCATION:
- Successful completion of two years of an acceptable post-secondary educational program in computer science, information technology, information management or another specialty relevant to the position to be staffed.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:
- Significant experience* working in the information technology (IT) field.
- Experience** in dealing with clients or external stakeholders in support of IT.
- Experience in working with Infrastructure services including but not limited to the management and configuration of servers, switches, firewalls, LAN/WAN infrastructure components.
- Experience** supervising a team including managing performance and providing technical guidance.
- Experience** providing advice and recommendations on organizational*** IT issues to management.
*Significant will be measured by the depth and breadth of experience that is normally associated with approximately 5 years’ experience.
**Experience is normally acquired within the last two (2) years.
***Organizational is defined as departmental/company wide issues.

ASSET EXPERIENCE:
- Experience in administrating a Microsoft Cloud environment (Azure)
- Experience in administrating Microsoft Intune environment
- Experience in administrating and working with SCCM
- Experience in administrating and working with Microsoft Teams
- Experience in managing the life cycle process of computing assets
- Experience in coaching and training technical team members
- Experience in preparing technical briefings
- Experience in preparing and delivering presentations
- Experience in Powershell
