Degree equivalency

EXPERIENCE:

Entry Level:
• Successful candidates are required to meet the education factor along with 0 to 1 year of cumulative experience in at least one of the fields identified.

Junior Level:
• Successful candidates are required to meet the education factor along with of 1 to 6 years of cumulative experience in at least one the fields identified.

Intermediate Level:
• Successful candidates are required to meet the education factor along with 6 to 8 years of cumulative experience in at least one the fields identified; and
• A minimum of 1-year experience leading communication project(s) or plan(s).

Senior Level:
• Successful candidates are required to meet the education factor along with 8 to 12 years of cumulative experience in at least one of the fields identified; and
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience leading communication project(s) or plan(s).

Senior Management Level:
• Successful candidates are required to meet the education factor along with 12 years of cumulative experience in at least one of the fields identified; and
• A minimum of 3 years occupying a senior management position in the communications field.
