Maintenance and Operational Assurance is a client centric team that is focused on delivering excellent real property maintenance contracting and technical advice. Through the provision of maintenance contracting and technical services, MOA supports PSPC real property professionals in understanding the complexity, liability and technical requirements of maintaining the systems that are vital to their ability to provide Public Service employees with a functional, safe, healthy, productive and cost effective workplace experience.
We provide total quality and contract management services for multiple technical disciplines; mainly Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation, Vertical Transportation, Building Services and Horticulture. We are the technical authority for long term maintenance service contracts supporting PSPC managed facilities and other government department managed facilities ensuring work is performed in accordance with national and provincial codes/regulations, Departmental standards/policies , contract terms and conditions.

EDUCATION Streams A and B:
Graduation from a recognized post-secondary institution with specialization in a Mechanical or Electrical Engineering/Technology or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
EXPERIENCE Stream A:
- Experience in the operation and maintenance of commercial Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems.
- Experience in providing technical recommendations on building systems related to Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC).
EXPERIENCE Stream B:
- Experience in the maintenance of commercial Building Automation and Controls Systems (BACS).
- Experience in providing technical recommendations on building systems related to Building Automation and Control Systems (BACS).
EXPERIENCE STREAM A and B
Experience with using Microsoft Word and Excel

- Ability and willingness to travel to areas served by the National Capital Area office (may support Northern Canada and remote regions, National portfolios and international locations).
- Ability and willingness to work overtime as required.
