As a member of the Learning and Development team, you will serve as the key subject matter expert and advisor for all matters related to learning technology. This role will support the implementation and maintenance of a Learning Experience Platform, digital learning content management, the use of eAuthoring tools, and communication via our internal intranet presence. You will report to the head of Learning and Development, and work with clients across the organization, including a strong collaborative relationship with our internal IT partners. This position also may require people management in the future.

The Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions (OSFI) is an independent agency of the Government of Canada, established in 1987 to contribute to the safety and soundness of the Canadian financial system. OSFI supervises and regulates federally registered banks and insurers, trust and loan companies, as well as private pension plans subject to federal oversight.

ESSENTIAL EDUCATION
• A degree from a post-secondary institution with specialization in human resources management, educational technology, psychology, public or business administration, organizational development, education sciences, social sciences, sociology OR an acceptable combination of relevant professional industry experience and education.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE
• Experience in the implementation of an organization-wide learning management system, including requirements gathering, user research and product delivery.
• Experience with instructional design in eLearning or online learning products.
ASSET EXPERIENCE
You may be required to meet a combination of any of these asset experience criteria:
• Experience developing learning content using Articulate, Captivate eLearning authorware or similar software.
• Experience in a people management role in a corporate learning and development division.
• Experience facilitating via virtual learning environment.
