2 - Title of the position occupied and the period(s) in which you performed the functions (M-Y to M-Y); and
3 - Specific details of tasks or projects demonstrating how the experience was acquired and concrete examples.
FAILURE TO CLEARLY DEMONSTRATE IN THE SCREENING QUESTIONS HOW YOU MEET THE ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS (Education and Experience) WILL RESULT IN THE REJECTION OF YOUR APPLICATION.

ASSET QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION
AED1. A diploma from a recognized college or a degree from a recognized post-secondary institution with specialization in interior design, interior decoration, architectural technology, architecture or another specialty relevant to the position.
EXPERIENCE
AE1. Experience in Real Property management.
AE2. Experience in using computer-aided design (CAD) for the development and preparation of interior layouts, furniture plans, construction and detailed drawings.
AE3. Experience applying change management principles.
AE4. Experience in contributing to the preparation of business planning documents for an organization.
AE5. Experience contributing to the development or implementation of strategic initiatives, policies, procedures or guidelines related to the organizational priorities.
AE6. Experience in financial planning and reporting.
OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Willingness and ability to work overtime on short notice.
