There is an immediate need to staff one (1) permanent position in Petawawa, Ontario.
A pool of qualified candidates may be established and may be used to staff similar positions.

Your résumé.
Education:
Successful completion of post-secondary education with a degree in Business Administration or Engineering.
OR
High school diploma with an acceptable combination of education, training and/or 5-10 years’ experience in infrastructure or facility management field and facility condition assessments.
OR
Military equivalent of Engineer or Construction Engineer (CE) officer with the rank of Captain or above. For Non-Commissioned Member (NCM) CE Trade with minimum QL6B or DP3B training.
Experience:
EX1 – *Recent experience conducting business analysis and planning, developing and managing budgets.
EX2 – *Recent experience working in the field of life cycle management of infrastructure, including buildings, roads and utilities, infrastructure maintenance and maintenance planning.
EX3- Experience in conducting facility condition assessments.
EX4- Experience developing briefing notes, financial analytics (eg. Return on Investment), producing long term business plans, and Standard Operating Procedures.
EX5- Experience developing business related tools that are relevant to asset management and life cycle planning.
*Recent experience is defined as experience gained within the past 5 years.

Operational Requirements:

OR3 - May include but not limited to wearing safety boots and other safety apparel and devices, standing, climbing, walking, lifting, bending, pulling and/or pushing, grasping, reaching, stooping, and crouching, entering confined spaces, sitting, reading, writing, color determination, speaking and listening, for extended periods of time
Reliability Status security clearance
Possession of a valid Class “G” driver’s license without restrictions issued by the Province of Ontario or a provincial/territorial equivalent
