This process will be used to establish a pool of qualified or partially qualified candidates which could be used to staff similar positions with various security profiles and various tenures within Shared Services Canada.

E1. Significant* experience working with multi-disciplinary team within an IM/IT environment and contributing to a large or complex*** project, initiative or activity in the area of IT Infrastructure.

E2. Significant* experience providing advice and recommendations to management on
complex*** issues related to the delivery of IT infrastructure services.

E3. Significant* experience chairing or facilitating IT related committees, meetings or
working groups with clients, partners and stakeholders.

Stream #1: MANAGER, INFRASTRUCTURE/OPERATIONS

E4. Significant* experience managing and leading a team**** of Information Technology (IT) Specialists.

E5. Extensive** experience in the management of human and financial
resources.

Stream #2: SENIOR ADVISOR, INFRASTRUCTURE/OPERATIONS

E6. Significant* experience in advising technical resources and management on complex partner business requirements.

E7. Extensive** experience in process improvement and strategy development
supporting IM/IT projects and functions.

*Significant* means for a period of approximately 3 years within the last 5 years. Also refers to a depth and breadth of experience performing a broad range of complex activities.
**Extensive** means for a period of approximately 1 years within the last 3 years.
***Large or complex*** projects, initiatives or activities are with at least two (2) of the following characteristics: multiple phases with concurrent activities, significant value ($1M plus), affecting many partners or stakeholders, precedent setting, having a major impact on the public service.
