This process will be used to fill future administrative openings, temporary and permanent. Positions will be located at our head office in Moncton, New Brunswick.
These positions will be responsible for a variety of administrative duties which may differ between individual roles. All positions, however, are important for our success as a team and an organization.

Your résumé.
A covering letter in 1,500 words (maximum) "Please explain how your experience and competencies would help you succeed in an administrative role at ACOA."
Education:
Secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
Experience:
• Experience providing administrative or clerical support services
• Experience using spreadsheet, word processing and email software
Bilingual - Imperative
Positions to be staffed are bilingual (English and French) with various level of bilingual imperative requirements. More information can be found on the following link:

Asset education:
Post-secondary diploma or university degree in a related field.
Asset experience:
Experience in providing administrative support in at least one of the following fields:
• Human resources
• Communications
• Finance
• Procurement of goods and services
• Facilities management
• Evaluation
• Executive administrative support
• Information management
Operational requirements:
- Ability and willingness to work overtime on a short notice
- Ability and willingness to work remotely
Various security clearance requirements depending on the position (Reliability or Secret).
