The intent of this appointment process is to establish a fully assessed pool of qualified candidates. The immediate use of the pool will be to staff one (1) position in Toronto. However, the results of this process may be used to staff similar or identical positions for future vacancies of various tenures at Public Services and Procurement Canada in the Ontario Region.

Your résumé.
Successful completion of a post-secondary education (University or College) from a recognized institution in a real property building/construction field such as Architecture, Engineering (Civil, Structural, Electrical, or Mechanical), Construction Management, or Interior Design.
*Recent and **significant experience in management of budgets and finances in real property projects.
*Recent and **significant experience in management of contractual documents in real property projects and/or programs of work.
*Recent and **significant experience in coordination of architectural OR engineering construction projects and/or programs of work.
*Recent is defined as within the last five (5) years immediately prior to the closing date of this job opportunity advertisement.
**Significant is defined as the complexity and diversity of work which would normally be acquired over a period of approximately 2 years where the candidate progressively performed various roles in the planning and management of design and construction projects. In the context of a program of work, significant is also defined as a minimum $1 million program consisting of a minimum 5 real property or design and construction projects.
PMP Certification or a recognized Project Management Diploma/Certificate.
LEED Accreditation.
Experience with the RP-1 Contract, specifically Project Delivery Services.
Experience following the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) Guide.
Willing and able to travel, as required.
Willing and able to work overtime, as required.

Knowledge of real property project practices, including the ability to read and interpret technical reports and drawings.
