The positions to be staffed through this selection process will be part of two (2) teams who offer the following services for the Public Service Pay Centre:
- Processing of all incoming mail to the Public Service Pay Centre (over 90% virtual);
- Processing of various pay transactions in the Phoenix pay system.
Since its inception, the Imaging and Receiver General Operations Directorate (IRGOD) has been managing bank reconciliation and providing investigative services for Government of Canada payments. In 2001, the IRGOD integrated document imaging to Receiver General Operations procedures and in 2002-2003, the directorate began offering document imaging services to federal departments and agencies.
ANTICIPATORY SELECTION PROCESS - The pool created from this process will be used to fill 1 term position, depending on upcoming operational requirements. The pool of qualified candidates could also be used to staff identical or similar positions within the Imaging and Receiver General Operations Directorate (IRGOD) in Matane.

EXPERIENCE
Experience using the following software: Word, Excel and Outlook, for a period of at least one (1) year in the last five (5) years.
