1. Accommodation and Tenants Services Specialist
The incumbent provides services to PSPC staff and management. Assistance to the Regional Chief Accommodation and Material in accommodation planning, development of procurement strategies and budget management.
This position will occasionally require some physical tasks:
- Physical effort is required on a daily basis to lift, carry and/or move moderate equipment and materials.
2. Fleet Officer
The incumbent provides fleet support, asset management services and related advice to PSPC staff and management. Assistance to the Regional Chief Accommodation and Material in fleet and asset management planning, service and financial management.
This position will occasionally require some physical tasks:
- Physical effort is required when operating a motor vehicle
- Physical effort is required when conducting vehicle inspections. Bending, stretching and lifting are required to check the body and engine of the vehicle. This work occupies approximately 10% of total work time.
- Physical effort is required on a daily basis to lift, carry and/or move moderate weight equipment and materials (up to 20kgs).
3. Information Management Technical Specialist
The incumbent develops and applies methods and techniques for organizing and managing administrative and archival records. Provides training and support with respect to electronic and print records management for clients, namely PSPC employees in the Ontario Region.
4. Security Officer
The incumbent provides operational and administrative support services to the Regional Chief, Security’s delivery of all security activities and initiatives that protect the region’s information, assets, services and people, and ensure compliance with the Departmental Security Officer’s (DSO) priorities and the Departmental Security Plan (DSP).
5. Administrative Officer
The incumbent provides various and general administrative support services.

The intent of this appointment process is to establish a fully assessed pool of qualified candidates. The results of this process may be used to staff same or similar positions at the AS-01 group and level for future vacancies of various tenures at Public Services and Procurement Canada in the Ontario Region.

A secondary school diploma or a satisfactory score on the approved Public Service Commission test (GIT-320)
1. Recent* experience in providing advice and administrative support services to clients.
*Recent is defined as a minimum of one (1) year of experience acquired within the last three (3) years.
2. Experience in preparing correspondence, written documents or reports and reviewing those for accuracy and completeness.
3. Experience in using Microsoft Office applications (ie: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, SharePoint etc.)
1. Experience delivering training or information sessions.
2. Experience using SIGMA/SAP.
3. Experience in delivering services to clients in any of the following areas: Office Accommodation, Tenant Services, Fleet Management, Information Management, Security Management.
4. Experience providing technical support to users on a document/record management system (ie. such OpenText DM/RDIMS, OpenText RM administration tool, Livelink Records Server/iRIMS, and/or Content Server/GCDOCS etc.)
5. Experience with security administration devices (ie: access control systems, digital fingerprinting etc.)
Operational Requirements:
1. Willing and able to travel occasionally or when required.
