As an Accommodation Coordinator, some duties include:
• Create and maintain electronic filing systems within an intranet web based repository
• Attend Accommodation Project meetings, compile meeting minutes and prepare communications and correspondence
• Maintenance of planning tools including but not limited to database maintenance, spreadsheet creation, input and analysis
• Data verification of forecasting tools within SAP system including project updates and business rules

The intent of this appointment process is to establish a fully assessed pool of qualified candidates. The immediate use of the pool will be to staff for a temporary need. However, the results of this process may be used to staff similar or identical positions for future vacancies of various tenures at Public Services and Procurement Canada in Ontario Region.
In the event that an employee of the federal public service is qualified through this process, and there is a temporary need, he/she may be considered for acting, deployment, assignment or secondment opportunities.

Education:
A secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience*
*An acceptable combination is 2 years of secondary school and at least 2 years of experience relevant to the position
Experience:
1. Experience creating reports in spreadsheet software
2. Experience in responding to inquiries
3. Experience in researching, collecting and analyzing information
4. Experience in reviewing detailed reports and performing comparative analysis
