We are committed to providing an inclusive and barrier-free work environment, starting with the hiring process. If you need to be accommodated during any phase of the evaluation process, please use the Contact information below to request specialized accommodation. All information received in relation to accommodation will be kept confidential.
****IMPORTANT NOTE - This selection process is launched simultaneously with the following internal staffing process: 20-NHW-FNIH-IA-ON-293850. The essential qualifications, the other qualifications (assets), the prescreening requirements and the assessment tools will be the same for each process. If you apply to both processes, you will be assessed only once for qualifications listed in the ads and your assessment results will apply for both processes.
We are taking a simplified approach for you to apply to this process. Accordingly, you will need to:
• complete the online experience questionnaire (i.e., no cover letter required);
• provide your résumé.
FOR EACH CRITERIA/ QUESTION, please provide the following MANDATORY information:
1 - Name of the department or organization where the experience was acquired;
2 - Title of the position occupied and duration for which you exercised the functions;
3 - Specific details of tasks, projects or accomplishments demonstrating the experience was acquired.
The answers provided to the screening questions will be the main source of information. Failure to provide complete answers may result in job applications being screened out from further consideration in this process. Should you indicate in your response "please refer to résumé" we may be unable to assess you against the position’s essential qualifications which could result in a failure. Lack of examples and details will result in your application being rejected. Applicants will not be contacted to clarify incomplete or missing information.
By joining our team, you will have opportunity to provide direct support to health services and community based programming. You will build and support strong working relationships with First Nations, Inuit and Metis communities, families, and individuals, with a focus on improving health outcomes and reducing health risks.
A pool of qualified candidates may be established and may be used to staff similar positions with various linguistic profiles and/or requirements as well as tenures (Acting, Assignment, Deployment, Secondment, Determinate, and Indeterminate appointments) and/or the security clearance (reliability or secret), which may vary according to the position being staffed.
