Intent of the process

The intent of this selection process is to staff positions on an indeterminate basis. A pool of qualified candidates may be established to staff similar positions within Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada.

In order to be considered, your application must clearly explain how you meet the following (essential qualifications)

Education :
Graduation with a degree from a recognized post-secondary institution with acceptable specialization in human resources management, labour or industrial relations, psychology, public or business administration, organizational development, education sciences, social sciences, sociology, or in any other field relevant to the work to be performed.

Degree equivalency

PE-02 - Experience :
- Experience in providing advice based on policies or legislation to clients.
- Experience conducting research, analyzing varied information and data, developing options and making recommendations.

PE-03 - Experience :
- Experience analyzing varied information and data, developing options and providing advice to clients on human resources issues.
- Experience interpreting and applying policies and guidelines that govern human resources management.
- Experience writing briefing notes, presentations, reports or other written recommendations to senior management.
