The immediate intention of this process is to staff 10 determinate positions.
A pool of fully or partially qualified candidates may be established to staff similar positions within Elections Canada with various linguistic profile : English or French Essential, bilingual imperative BBB/BBB, CBC/CBC, CCC/CCC with various tenures (various specified periods or indeterminate).

EDUCATION
Secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
*Significant experience in the provision of ***administrative services.
**Recent experience in providing advice and guidance to internal or external stakeholders, or clients.
Experience in coordinating a project, program or initiative.
Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
*Significant is defined as the depth and breadth of experience normally associated with having performed a broad range of activities related to this task which are acquired over a period of at least one (1) year.
**”Recent” is defined as within the last four (4) years.
***Administrative services is defined but NOT LIMITED TO: preparing documentation and/or background materials; stakeholder or client communications; scheduling; the delivery of policies, programs or services; etc.
ASSET / EDUCATION
College diploma in a related field.
University degree in a related field.
ASSET / EXPERIENCE
Experience in coordinating meetings or planning events.
Experience researching, analyzing, and synthesizing information from various sources.
Experience in developing and writing various forms of documentation such as but not limited to procedures, correspondence, communication material, meeting minutes, user guides, project plans, reports or presentations etc.
Experience in developing training module content and delivering training sessions.
Experience in working with information technology to support the development of automated tools and systems.
Experience working in a call centre environment.
Experience in managing the schedule of a senior manager.
Experience in preparing purchasing, procurement or contracting documents.
Experience using a financial system such as SAP or Freebalance.
*Recent experience working in the field of financial planning and/or financial support services such as bookkeeping.
Experience in working in electoral operations at the municipal, provincial or federal level.
*Recent experience in using Word and Excel from Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience in formatting (MS Word and PDF) complex documents, including technical manuals, forms and other documents for publication purposes.
Experience in supervision.
Experience in working and or managing in a mailroom.
Experience using a shipping system and or inventory management system.
*Recent is defined as within the last four (4) years
