EDUCATION
- A secondary school diploma or employer-approved alternatives or acceptable combination of education* training and or experience.
NOTE:
* An acceptable combination of experience is understood as a minimum of five (5) years experience working as a manager. The evaluation of this essential criteria may also be based on certifications obtained in the field of administration.
EXPERIENCE
EX1 - Recent* and significant** experience in developing and maintaining client relationships.

EX3 - Recent* and significant** experience in human and financial resource management.

EDUCATION
- Graduation with a degree (Bachelor, Master or Ph. D. degree) from a recognized post-secondary institution with specialization in Project Management or other relevant field in the context of business administration.
CERTIFICATION
- Any certification related to business administration, risk management, portfolio management, project management is considered an asset. This may include, but is not limited to:
Project Management Professional (PMP)
Program Management Professional (PgMP)
Portfolio Management Certification (MoP)
Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)
